If forced ejection scrapers is what you need, look no further than the FE and FX models of Orthman scrapers. The FE-Model features a Dolly Wheel front and the FX-Model utilizes a draw bar mount design.

The Orthman PS models are great for most basic scraper chores and are available in 8', 10' or 12' widths with capacities of 2, 2 1/2 and 3 cubic yards respectively. The swiveling clevis hitch keeps the scraper level for superior performance. For added life, all sizes feature replaceable 3/8"-thick x 6"-tall cutting blades that cut to a depth of 2 1/2". A hydraulic tilt axle provides additional grading capabilities and is available on all models. Scrapers are constructed with durable, high-quality steel to last for years of performance.
Replaceable, heavy-duty spindles and hubs are equipped with 9.5L x 15 tires for handling the load.
An optional supplemental weight box for use in dry, hard cutting conditions is available. In addition, optional transport light package is now available for all models.
Orthman's line of CS/CSX scrapers are engineered with advanced design features to ensure maximum efficiency in soil management operations. These scrapers are capable of handling a wide range of tasks, including land leveling, ditching, and terrace construction, with precision and speed. Their innovative design minimizes soil compaction and disturbance while optimizing productivity.
The CS lineup of commercial scrapers is available in 12' or 14' widths with capacities of 5 1/2 cubic yards or 6 1/2 cubic yards respectively. The dual 1/2"-thick x 6"-tall replaceable cutting blades cut up to 5 1/4" deep with a 25" dump height. The heavy-duty tongue with swivel clevis hitch is designed with an A-frame support and hydraulic tilt axle for precision grading and balancing the load.
Large 8-bolt hubs with 11L x 16.1 8-ply tires and wheels with replaceable spindles provide enhanced stability and maintenance ease.
For the strongest box scraper, look to the heavy-duty CSX commercial scraper lineup. The 10', 12' and 14' sizes provide capacities of 5, 7 and 9 cubic yards respectively to meet your needs. The 36" dump height makes it ideal for larger feedlots and industrial construction sites. Featuring a massive box-beam frame and heavy-duty A-frame tongue with swiveling clevis hitch, you'll get the toughest scraper in the industry.
The load is easily handled with large-diameter tires mounted on 8-bolt hubs with replaceable spindles for extra flotation and durability.
With the FE and FX forced ejection scrapers, you'll have the power to precisely move earth, transport the load any distance and create the proper slope. Plus, they provide a generous 13" of ground clearance and a wide stance for handling rough work sites.
The FE style features a dolly-wheel hitch for minimizing drawbar weight and is available in a 7' width in 5- or 7 1/2-yard capacities, or 8' with 10-yard capacity.
The FX models are designed with a drawbar-style hitch that provides increased weight transfer to the tractor for greater control and is available in a 7' width and 5- or 7 1/2-yard capacities.
Both models feature large-diameter 3" spindles with 8,000-pound rated hubs for handling the heaviest loads.
The easy-to-operate ejector wall and gate use just one SCV and a sequencing valve for simultaneous control. A precise cutting depth of up to 3 1/2" is achieved with replaceable center cutting blades featuring 5/8"-thick x 8"-tall steel, with the other two being 5/8" x 6". A frost bit is standard equipment to increase scraper suction for continuous cutting power in tough soils. The smooth interior design and heavy-duty, greaseable steel guides provide long service life and reliability. The swiveling pintle hitch provides greater operator comfort with consistent operation.
